Orders are dispatched from our Jaipur atelier within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery to metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai) takes 2 to 3 business days post-dispatch. To guarantee absolute hygiene, skin safety, and uncompromised BIS 925 purity for every patron, all jewellery sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at care@aheera.in with photos and we will immediately arrange an expedited replacement.
